Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING
We ship all deliveries using Royal Mail. We usually dispatch in-stock orders within 1-3 working days from when the order was placed and we’ll notify you by e-mail when your order has been shipped. Unfortunately, we do not ship outside of the United Kingdom.

RETURNS POLICY
If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return any or all of your items within 14 days of receiving them. Please contact us at [email protected] stating the reason for the return and quoting your original order number (which you will find on your order receipt) and we will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number.

On receipt of the returned items, we will issue you with a full refund (including standard postage) within five working days.

Any returned items must reach us in “new” and “unused” condition with all original packaging present. Please note that return shipping charges are non-refundable.
